Support Worker

Part Time Night Support Worker (23 hours per week) – Exmouth – £14.10 per hour

Typical shifts: Monday to Sunday, 20:30 – 08:00.

About the Role

We are looking for a genuinely caring and hands‑on Night Support Worker to assist individuals aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs within a residential service in Exmouth.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bedtime routines, including personal care and light domestic duties as needed.
• Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure safety and well‑being.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and pursuing personal goals.
