Senior Controls Manager – Risk & Automation (Remote UK)

Monzo is seeking a senior leader for its Risk & Control team for a fixed-term role in London. This position allows for remote working within the UK. The ideal candidate will manage control effectiveness testing and lead a team in embedding improved controls monitoring.

Applicants should have a strong background in risk processes and experience in strategic leadership, particularly with technology and data solutions. The compensation ranges from £85,000 to £115,000 (pro-rata), plus benefits.
