Memory Clinic Nurse – Early Assessment & Support

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Registered Mental Health Nurse for their Memory Assessment service based in Buckinghamshire. The role involves providing assessments and support to service users with memory concerns and co-existing health issues, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team.
