We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Children’s Home Manager to join a growing care organisation on the island.

This role is more than just management – it is an opportunity to shape a nurturing residential home where children and young people can feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Person specification

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children’s residential care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Age 21 years or over in accordance with industry requirements and regulatory standards
  • Passionate, resilient and child‑centred leadership style
  • Local to Isle of Wight or willing to relocate to the area
  • Full UK right to work; unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role
