We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Children’s Home Manager to join a growing care organisation on the island.

Person specification
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children’s residential care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Age 21 years or over in accordance with industry requirements and regulatory standards
- Passionate, resilient and child‑centred leadership style
- Local to Isle of Wight or willing to relocate to the area
- Full UK right to work; unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role
