Global People Ops Lead – Maritime Compliance & Policy

HX Expeditions is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to support operational excellence and employee experience within our global workforce. This role focuses on employee relations, policy compliance, and day-to-day HR processes, particularly within the UK.
