Staff Wellbeing Co-ordinator – Part-Time, Term-Time

WQE, a thriving Sixth Form College in Leicester, is seeking a Staff Wellbeing Co-ordinator to enhance wellbeing benefits and activities for its staff.

This part-time, term-time position (18½ hours per week) starts on August 17, 2026, with a salary band of £28,634 to £31,324 per annum, pro rata. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organisational, and planning skills and experience within an HR environment. Various benefits, including a pension scheme, will be offered.
