Handsale Ltd. is actively hiring a Senior Care Assistant – Team Lead to join our team in Saltcoats. This role requires flexibility to work during the day or night based on the rota. You will promote independence, support training of junior staff members, and ensure the highest levels of care for all clients.

The ideal candidate must hold an SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, have experience in medication handling, and be able to supervise teams effectively.

We offer competitive pay rates of £14.95/hr and additional benefits such as training and holiday entitlement.
