Junior Service Design Coordinator – Transition & Enablement

TXP is seeking a proactive Junior Service Design Assistant for a 6-month initial contract based in Dartford, with 1-2 days per week on-site. This role involves supporting service design projects through documentation improvement and project handovers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ITIL experience. Familiarity with Confluence and ServiceNow is desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to service management and team projects.
