What You’ll Do

• Support learning in and out of the classroom
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist students with additional needs, primarily autism spectrum condition (ASC)
• Support students in subjects such as Maths, Science, Art or Photography

What We’re Looking For

• A 1:1 or 2:1 bachelor’s degree from a leading UK university preferred
• Strong academic background in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology (Psychology desirable but not essential), alongside a genuine interest in neurodiversity and inclusive education
• Passion for working with young people
