This is not a “write a few scripts and call it a day” role. You’ll live and breathe content. You’ll obsess over hooks, angles, trends, formats, creators, platforms, and performance. Your job is to turn creative chaos into clear, scalable, high-performing UGC strategies and briefings that creators and editors can execute flawlessly.

If you scroll TikTok and Instagram “for work”, save ads compulsively, and instantly know why something will or won’t perform, you’ll feel very at home here.

Develop UGC creative strategies for social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Identify winning angles, hooks, formats, and narratives based on performance data, trends, competitors

Translate brand goals into clear creative directions that actually convert, not just look pretty

Communicate confidently and regularly with both small and global brands

Lead creative conversations, present strategies, and explain the “why” behind concepts and scripts

Act as a trusted creative partner, giving clear direction and pushing back when needed to protect performance and creative quality

Translate brand feedback into strong, actionable creative decisions

Scriptwriting & Briefing:

Write bullet-proof UGC scripts that creators can execute without confusion

Build structured, easy-to-follow creative briefs (hooks, talking points, b-roll, do’s & don’ts, references)

Ensure every brief is actionable, scalable, and aligned with performance goals

Content Research & Trend Monitoring:

Constantly research ads, creators, competitors, and emerging trends across platforms

Use creative research tools daily to spot patterns, opportunities, and fatigue risks

Bring fresh ideas proactively to the table, before anyone asks

Deep, hands‑on understanding of UGC and social content (this is non-negotiable)

You genuinely live and breathe content, trends, hooks, and formats

Not shy to communicate confidently and regularly with both small and global brands, including leading creative conversations, presenting strategies

Strong intuition for what performs and why

Highly tech‑confident and comfortable juggling multiple tools at once (creative research tools, social platforms, Notion, internal systems, etc.)

Able to manage multiple brands and projects without dropping the ball

We don’t care about years of experience, we care about your passion for content! <3

We’d love to have you in our London office as much as possible. We’re a close, ambitious team, and working together in our North Greenwich office (2 minutes from the station) is a big part of our culture.

Expect morning coffee runs, creative brainstorms, and a genuinely fun but high‑performing environment.

Remote work is fine, and working abroad for a few weeks is also possible. All we ask is:

Strong, reliable Wi‑Fi

A proper workspace (we’ll cover co‑working if you’re abroad)

At least 6 hours overlap with UK time
