Position: Assistant Support Worker. Location: Hitchin. Salary: £25,506 per annum. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).

About the Role

• Support daily life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
• Assist with medication and general wellbeing.
• Organise activities and community trips.
• Encourage personal goals and greater independence.
• Build compassionate, meaningful relationships that make a real difference.

Shifts include:

• 3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm
• 10am-6pm
• 11am-7pm

What We Are Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence + access to a car.
• Flexibility for sleep‑ins (minimum one per week).
• Reliability and a passion for making a difference.
