Senior Civil Technician – Cardiff

Salary: Circa £40,000.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working primarily on residential schemes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with residential project background, and will take a lead role from concept through to construction.

Responsibilities

• Design highways and drainage systems.
• Produce site levels.
• Prepare and manage Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements.
• Model earthworks in 3D.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a civil engineering or technician role.
• Residential project experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills from concept to construction.
