Part of the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust, we are looking for a caring, proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to support teachers and pupils, create a positive and engaging learning environment, and assist with a range of classroom activities.
Key Details
- Salary: NJC 8-11, £20,180 – £21,172 actual pa (26,824 – £28,142 FTE)
- Employment: Permanent, Part Time
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Term Time plus 1 week
- Start date: 1 September 2026
Responsibilities
Support teachers and pupils, maintain a positive learning environment, assist with classroom activities, and ensure all children feel supported and encouraged to do their best.
Working Hours
Working pattern will be agreed at interview and fall within academy hours of 08:15 – 15:45.
Requirements
Legal and safeguarding requirements:
- Full safeguarding checks
- Enhancement DBS check (or Enhanced DBS check with barred list)
- Declaration form to establish whether disqualified under Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations
- Employment must comply with Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016)
- Fluency in English
- Post exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
