Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Northampton
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide accurate quotes and resolve queries efficiently.
- Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress.
- Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Competent in using email and live chat platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
