Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple meeting rooms (booking, set-up, scheduling, turnaround)
- Deliver a high-end corporate client experience
- Coordinate bookings and maintain accurate systems
- Support meetings, visitors, and internal teams
- Handle enquiries and facilities requests efficiently
About You
- Strong corporate reception/facilities experience
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of meeting rooms (15+)
- Highly organised, professional, and client-focused
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
