Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to support our Adult Social Care services across Essex, delivering high quality, person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

• Practice creatively across all areas of adult social care within the statutory Care Act framework.
• Carry out holistic assessments and deliver meaningful interventions.
• Ensure safeguarding is central to all practice.
• Travel throughout Essex and beyond; a valid driving licence and car (or equivalent mobility arrangements) is essential.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrated evidence‑based practice with awareness of financial considerations and risk.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to person‑centred statutory responsibilities.
• Experience or recent qualification as an Occupational Therapist.
