We are seeking Occupational Therapists to support our Adult Social Care services across Essex, delivering high quality, person‑centred care.
Responsibilities
- Practice creatively across all areas of adult social care within the statutory Care Act framework.
- Carry out holistic assessments and deliver meaningful interventions.
- Ensure safeguarding is central to all practice.
- Travel throughout Essex and beyond; a valid driving licence and car (or equivalent mobility arrangements) is essential.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated evidence‑based practice with awareness of financial considerations and risk.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person‑centred statutory responsibilities.
- Experience or recent qualification as an Occupational Therapist.
