Multi Skilled- Carpenter

8 am – 5 pm
My Client is currently looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to cover a Social Housing contract.
The post holder will undertake repairs and maintenance work in both occupied domestic properties. The successful Multi Skilled will be working from a from a PDA system where jobs will be allocated on a Reactive basis.
Duties for the Multi Skilled Carpenter (Not limited to)–
- Carrying out Carpentry works ie skirting boards, door hanging and work tops.
- Basic Tiling
- Basic Painting and decorating
- Basic patching up work
- Basic/ Generic Plumbing work
Required
- NVQ 2 in Carpentry
OR
- City & Guilds Qualification
OR
- 10+ years working in the Carpentry Industry
Please note for this position a full UK Drivers Licence is required along with undergoing a DBS check. Previous Experience in the Social Housing sector is an advantage.For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
