Following exciting recent growth, we’re looking for a talented individual to be a Sales Assistant in our Burnley store. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company voted Best Retailer 2024 (under £250m turnover) by Retail Week and included in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list.
Responsibilities
- Help store colleagues maximise the store’s potential by providing genuinely helpful and friendly customer service.
- Uphold great store standards and maintain available stock and a clean, tidy presentation.
- Promote responsible pet ownership to customers.
- Represent the Jollyes brand as a brand ambassador, sharing our values: Genuine, Wise, Focused, Eager, Together.
Qualifications
- Fun personality; great at interacting with pets and people.
- Enjoy the challenges of a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Experience in a similar customer‑facing role and a hands‑on approach.
- Highest levels of customer service and ambassadorial attitude.
- High level of flexibility to cover shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
