What will the apprentice be doing?

• Support branch staff in achieving targeted lists and Property Appraisals
• Register all potential tenants, and landlords onto the VECO system fully with 2 contact numbers and email addresses where possible.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the smooth running of the sale or letting process from new instruction to move-in
• Perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the branch and company.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The right candidate will complete the level 3 Housing and Property management qualification as part of their training, which will also include completing propertymark exams which will allow the candidate to join ARLA which is the industry regulator.
