Currently Joseph Search has partnered together with a large organisation who is currently acquiring multiple sites across London focusing primarily on casual dining. They are currently looking to hire a new HR Manager to lead the group’s HR agenda.
We are looking for somebody with extensive experience of managing a large employee count, casual dining background massive advantage and CIPD qualified. Responsibilities
- Lead the group’s HR agenda and oversee HR activities for a multi-site casual dining operation.
- Report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate with site leadership.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience managing a large employee count.
- Casual dining experience is a massive advantage.
