Qualified Electrical Supervisor

Build Recruitment is working with a leading housing provider to recruit a Qualified Electrical Supervisor to their team, covering properties in Berkshire, North West London and the surrounding areas. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring electrical safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across an in‑house maintenance workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
• Oversee electrical compliance across maintenance activities
• Carry out inspections, audits, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and statutory regulations
• Manage certification and compliance records
• Support and mentor electricians and supervisors
• Identify risks and drive service improvements

Essential Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (incl. AM2 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (BS 7671)
• Inspection & Testing (2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent)
• Experience in supervisory/QS/compliance roles
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in housing, maintenance, or DLO environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and certification
• Good communication and stakeholder skills
• Attention to detail and ability to challenge standards
