Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager leader for the role of Product Manager, Enterprise Abstraction Layer (Relayer). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building technical blockchain-related infrastructure targeted at banks. They will excel in working closely with engineers, effectively executing projects, and driving innovative solutions. In addition, this individual will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process, actively engaging in customer calls and contributing to sales efforts without compromising the integrity of the product. The candidate should also possess a strategic mindset, capable of envisioning the Enterprise Abstraction Layer (EAL) from a broader perspective, considering its integration with other components such as relayer, Proof of Reserve, Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), and Data Feeds. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product and make a significant impact in the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Abstraction Layer (Relayer) and related blockchain infrastructure for banking.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and interoperable solutions.
- Drive pre-sales activities, engage with customers, and contribute to solution framing without compromising product integrity.
- Align EAL initiatives with components like relayer, Proof of Reserve, CCIP, and Data Feeds.
Qualifications
- Proven track record building technical blockchain-related infrastructure targeted at banks and delivering successful products.
- Excellent product management skills, cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, and roadmapping.
- Technical expertise in blockchain, DeFi, and related concepts; familiarity with industry standards and protocols.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineers, designers, and stakeholders; ability to engage with customers.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with an ability to consider broader implications within Capital Markets and Real World Assets (RWA) contexts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication for pre-sales and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masteru2019s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- Experience in the financial industry, particularly capital markets, risk management, or related domains.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance for blockchain and financial services (e.g., AML/KYC).
- Entrepreneurial mindset; experience in startups or ambiguous environments.
