Remote 2nd Line IT Engineer — M365 & Azure Expertise

Redsquid, located in Glasgow, is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving various IT issues remotely, building and configuring hardware and software solutions, and providing excellent customer service.
