Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Working with pupils in class, in groups, or 1:1
- Helping pupils stay focused and engaged in learning
- Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
- Encouraging confidence and independence in learners
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, youth work etc.)
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
