We are seeking an Associate level (circa 3 years relevant experience) team member to join our Client Services team as a Technical Onboarding Manager in London
The role will comprise of two key components:
- Technical onboarding of new clients
- Support the Relationship Managers in onboarding incremental business for existing clients
As such you will become an expert in CloudMargin using your knowledge of the system to successfully onboard clients on our platform.
Analytical and technical proficiency are key to the role. You will gather complex requirements from clients and ensure set up is done efficiently and timely to guarantee swift and successful implementations.
As CloudMargin evolves you will deliver demos to clients to ensure new functionalities are adopted and will update client set up accordingly.

Core Accountabilities
- Technical onboarding of new clients. This includes but it is not limited to: data normalisation by deploying data mapping, connectivity setup, configuration and set up of functionalities in the back-end, building reports
- Primary contact for the onboarding of incremental business for a Tier 1 client
- Assist the Relationship Managers with the technical onboarding of incremental business for existing clients
- Manage the technical implementation of multiple client onboarding projects simultaneouslyBecome expert user of CloudMargin
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation including requirements and technical specifications
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Work with other teams in CloudMargin to contribute towards the continuous improvement of our platform
- Follows the Company’s guidelines and best practices
Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical onboarding, or a related role
- In depth understanding of SaaS solutions and technical support
- Proven experience in a client facing role/ and or proven experience in dealing with vendors directly
- Collateral Management experience (this can be from a bank, custodian, buy-side, infrastructure provider or software vendor) desirable
- Project management experience (beneficial)
