Job Title: M&E Coordinator / Building Services Engineer

Description:We are hiring for our client, a growing mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across Ireland, seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their Newry-based team. This M&E Coordinator job offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from early design through to construction handover. The successful M&E Coordinator will play a key role within a developing pre-construction function, working closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams.

The Person:* 3+ years’ experience in mechanical/building services (design, coordination, or technical)* Strong understanding of mechanical systems in construction* Experience at design or pre-construction stage* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings* Strong stakeholder communication skills* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Full driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland/UK* Proficiency in MS Office (Procore/BIM tools desirable)* Exposure to heat pumps, ventilation, HIUs, or BIM advantageous
