Complex Care & Support Worker (ELK1) – Knutsford, England

Salary: GBP 14.79 – 22.99 per hour (plus experience-based pay).

Responsibilities

• Support with mobility
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and light household chores to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
• Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to supervisors
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe transportation
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients who have acquired brain injuries.
• Valid driver with full business insurance, or willingness to add required insurance.
• Ability to manage a structured schedule from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Location: Knutsford, England.

Pay includes holiday pay at 12.07%.
