• Handle reception duties such as managing calls, sorting post, logging repairs, and processing payments.
• Ensure safety as a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal, including building patrols and wellbeing checks.
• Support residents, service users, and the public—listening to, addressing concerns, and managing complaints.
