Youth Supported Housing Coach for Independent Living

Portsmouth City Council is looking for someone to support young people in shared accommodation as they develop independent living skills. Your role will include helping with practical and emotional support, facilitating group activities, and working closely with Personal Advisors. Experience in supported housing and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
