We are recruiting a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for the UK market. This is a highly visible role within a fast‑moving consumer business, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping brand presence, managing integrated campaigns, and working closely with commercial teams to drive strong in‑market performance. You will oversee everything from campaign planning to creative execution, and ensure activity is tailored to the UK customer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Support product launches and key retail moments throughout the year.
  • Adapt global creative assets to ensure they resonate with the UK market.
  • Partner with retail and commercial teams to support in‑store marketing activity.
  • Manage relationships with creative, PR, influencer, and media agencies.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution within consumer categories.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast‑moving projects.
  • Confident communicator with experience collaborating across teams and agencies.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports sales performance.
