SEND Learning Support Assistant – Training & Flexible Roles

Empowering Learning in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a large school environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, with a focus on promoting the welfare of children and aiding their academic achievement.

This position offers valuable classroom experience and opportunities for a permanent contract. Candidates should have a desire to assist students with special educational needs and be available five days a week. Training workshops are also provided.
