Bank Maintenance Person

Job Summary

Agincare is looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to work in the Hazlemere Lodge care home, High Wycombe. The role is a bank (zero‑hour) position requiring flexibility to work days, nights and weekends as needed. The hourly rate is £13.50.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Assess and perform repair work such as painting, decorating, plastering, grounds maintenance, repairing doors and windows.
• When work cannot be completed in‑house, liaise with the head office to refer the repair to a contractor.
• Ensure all work is documented and completed in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Promote safety for residents, staff and visitors at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months right to work validity.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexible availability for day, night and weekend work.
