Community Mental Health Nurse – Named Worker Role

Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse – North Sheffield Community Mental Health Team.

Provide a range of mental health nursing interventions as part of a supportive and dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate care for service users.
• Work independently and as part of a wider team to meet the needs of service users.
• Operate within the duty system (09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday on a rotational basis).
• Collaborate with other clinical professionals and management.

Qualifications
