Waking Night Project Worker

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £24,423 per annum

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

The Role

As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:

  • Support residents overnight, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignity
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approach
  • Promote independence while respecting individual needs and choices
  • Respond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear records
  • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
  • Provide personal care when required

Shifts

9:30pm – 7:30am

About You

You are caring, reliable and a strong communicator, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person‑centred support. Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
