Premier League Stadium Grounds Lead

Sunderland AFC is seeking a Head Stadium Groundsperson to lead our dedicated grounds team in maintaining pitch excellence for Premier League football. You will oversee the maintenance, renovation, and preparation of the playing surface, ensuring optimal conditions for top-level performance.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture and have experience in a stadium environment. Responsibilities include managing turf activities, overseeing grounds equipment, and implementing health and safety protocols.

We seek someone with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a team while staying organized and calm under pressure.
