A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Litigation Locum to provide cover on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with some exposure to commercial litigation work. The firm is looking for a self-sufficient solicitor who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

The caseload is likely to include:

• General civil litigation
• Contract disputes
• Debt recovery
• Property litigation
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Consumer disputes
• Professional negligence matters
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Commercial disputes and breach of contract claims

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
• Strong background in handling a broad range of civil litigation matters
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Available to commence at short notice
