Experienced Personal Assistants Needed – £12.71/hr – WV6 – Wolverhampton – WV6

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Personal Assistants to support a young adult with physical disabilities in the WV6 area. This role involves providing practical support with daily routines, mobility, personal care, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with transfers
• Help with meals and drinks
• Perform general day‑to‑day tasks in the household
• Promote independence and confidence of the individual

Requirements

• Previous experience in care or support work
• Confidence, good awareness, and ability to follow established routines safely
• Driver with access to a car and reliable travel; able to attend at short notice when required
• Comfortable working in a busy household and fitting into established routines
• Reliable, calm, and able to work as part of a small team of Personal Assistants covering shifts across the week
• Positive attitude and respect for the individual’s dignity and preferences

Schedule & Notes

Hours are part‑time and shared across more than one PA. Training needs to be minimal due to the level of care required and existing family caring responsibilities.
