About the Role
We’re working with one of the UK’s leading facilities management companies to recruit an experienced AC Engineer for their Birmingham operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial sites including offices, retail, healthcare and education environments.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and fault-find on AC and HVAC systems
- Carry out PPM and reactive works across commercial sites
- Work on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant
- Complete F‑Gas and compliance paperwork accurately
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on-site
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an AC Engineer in a commercial environment
- F‑Gas Category 1 (essential)
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Full UK driving licence
