Seasonal Winter Gritting Operator – Independent Field Work

OUTCO is seeking reliable Winter Gritting Operators for the seasonal role spanning from 1 November to 31 March. The position involves attending various sites to ensure safe access during winter weather by applying salt to roads and pathways.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving license for at least 2 years and be comfortable working independently outdoors in various conditions. The role offers full training, company vehicle, and equipment.
