Elite Academy Backs Coach – U18 Development Pathway

Harlequins is seeking an Academy Development Phase Coach to support players within our Junior Academy Pathway. This role allows the coach to contribute to the development of emerging rugby talent in a professional environment.

The successful candidate will manage various academy initiatives, assist in establishing talent identification structures, and coach U17s and U18s during match days. Essential qualifications include an RFU Level 3 Coaching Qualification and strong communication skills.
