You will have a varied role including communicating and supporting warm clients, working on Microsoft Excel, co-ordinating with key departments, administrative tasks, and overall supporting the team to achieve success. Key Areas of the Role:
- Managing and communicating well with key clients
- Engaging in excellent customer service levels
- Resolving any issues and supporting where needed
- Working on Microsoft Excel to monitor performance and other metrics
- Processing and office administration to support your role
- Good with systems including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Other administrative and team tasks as required
