Position Requirements
- A strong interest in a career as part of our hospitality Team. It is important that the candidates can demonstrate a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude within a very busy environment. Training will be provided.
- Calmness under pressure will be important.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- The applicant must be eligible to Work in the UK and be fit and healthy to meet the demands of the role.
- Ability to produce excellent high-quality food.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
Main Duties
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
- Being responsible for health and safety.
