Store Manager

I am looking for an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead our boutique team and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who is passionate about fashion, client service and building a high-performing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Drive commercial performance through strong clienteling, retail excellence and KPI management.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, creating a warm, elevated and memorable in-store experience.
• Support recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Manage stock, inventory and back-of-house operations effectively.
• Work closely with senior management to implement brand strategy and maximise store performance.

About You

• Previous experience in a Assistant / Department Manager role, ideally within premium or luxury fashion. Store Manager experience is great too !
• A strong background in sales, clienteling and team development.
• Commercially minded with a hands-on leadership style.
• Confident, organised and passionate about delivering excellence.
• Able to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
