We are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join an established commercial team supporting academic and research customers across Central London.
About the Rol
eThe role will focus primarily on managing and growing an existing customer base, developing long-term relationships with researchers, laboratory managers, and principal investigators, and identifying opportunities to expand the use of life science instrumentation, reagents, and consumables within existing accounts
.Responsibiliti
- esManage and develop a portfolio of established academic and research account
- s.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across universities and research institute
- s.Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling existing product line
- s.Conduct regular customer visits to understand research activities, funding opportunities, and future requirement
- s.Deliver product presentations and technical discussions with end user
- s.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and account retentio
- n.Develop account plans and maintain accurate sales forecast
- s.Work closely with internal technical support and application teams to deliver customer solution
- s.Represent the company at relevant scientific meetings and industry event
s.Qualificati
