Job Description

Nursery Assistant – temporary role in a local nursery.

Shift timings: 8am–6pm / 8am–1pm / 1pm–6pm. Start: ASAP.

No formal qualifications are required; a genuine enjoyment of working with young children and a pro‑active approach are essential.

Role includes

• Supporting children in their play
• Helping keep the environment safe and welcoming
• Assisting with snack times
• Helping with general tidying and cleaning after mealtimes

We’re looking for a candidate who

• Enjoys spending time with young children
• Is caring and patient
• Is happy to get involved and help wherever needed
• Is comfortable with light cleaning duties

This is an ideal role for a student looking for flexible work and who enjoys working with children.
