Opportunity to join a high performing recruitment business specialising in senior level Business Support recruitment across Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant and Office Support appointments.
This is a role for recruiters who love building relationships, delivering exceptional service and making placements, but have little interest in cold business development.
The model is simple.
The founders focus on winning new business and developing client partnerships, allowing the Account Management team to focus on candidate generation, relationship management and delivering successful recruitment processes from brief through to placement.
As a result, there is a consistent flow of quality vacancies, established client relationships and no shortage of work.
The business works closely with SME founders and leadership teams across a range of sectors and has built a reputation for trust, service and delivery. Whilst many recruitment businesses have found the market challenging, they continue to perform exceptionally well.
You’ll join a collaborative team of 8 experienced recruiters based in beautiful Victoria offices, where knowledge sharing, teamwork and high standards are genuinely valued.
The average consultant bills in excess of £25,000 per month.
