  • Acting as the primary point of contact between GBUK, clinicians, customers and end users
  • Preparing quotations, equipment specifications and responding proactively to customer enquiries
  • Supporting customers through the assessment and procurement process
  • Identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to support product development and new business initiatives
  • Providing valuable market and customer feedback to help shape future products and services
  • Managing your own diary and territory to maximise customer engagement and service delivery

  • You’ll have considerable experience in a customer-facing, sales, clinical support or assessment-based role
  • A strong understanding of the social care, community healthcare or acute healthcare sectors will be required
  • You will have a background in conducting assessments, problem-solving and recommending appropriate solutions
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach is essential for success in this role
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight stays is required
  • You will be a competent user of Microsoft Office, CRM programmes and technology platforms
  • Any experience within patient handling, disability equipment, moving and handling, rehabilitation or related healthcare sectors would be a distinct advantage
