Key Responsibilitie

• Lead development of win themes and overall bid strategy
• Manage complex bids from pre-bid through to submission
• Draft high-quality ITT responses and executive summaries
• Coordinate internal reviews, governance, and submission processes
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape messaging and positioning
• Prepare teams for client presentations and interview
• Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all submission

Key Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, high-value bids end-to-end
• Strong strategic thinking with highly persuasive writing abilities
• Commercially astute with a clear understanding of competitive positioning
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
