A growing retail-led business is seeking a Marketplace Account Executive to join its head office team.
You’ll support a portfolio of marketplace sellers, act as their main point of contact, and help improve performance across a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role involves building relationships, resolving queries, analysing data and working with internal teams to improve the seller experience.
What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of marketplace accounts.
- Support seller performance, listings, pricing and service issues.
- Provide regular reporting and performance insights.
- Work with internal teams to resolve operational and account queries.
- Help improve processes and support continuous growth across the marketplace.
What you’ll need
- Some experience or strong interest in e-commerce, account support or online retail.
- Good Excel skills.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
