Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Executive will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients seeking secure storage solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, conducting consultations, and offering tailored storage solutions ranging from safety deposit boxes to private rooms. The role involves offering tours, guiding clients through onboarding and account setup and post-sale service. The Sales Executive will also maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensure a high level of service and discretion, and collaborate closely with operations and security teams to support an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within luxury services, financial services, property, or other high-value B2C or B2B environments.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, polished, and confident presentation style suitable for high-net-worth and corporate clients.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical judgment, with a strong awareness of confidentiality and security considerations.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, including experience in developing long-term client partnerships.
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic reporting, and using digital tools to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working in on-site roles with client-facing responsibilities, including hosting visits, conducting tours, and delivering in-person consultations.
- Knowledge of or interest in secure storage, wealth preservation, luxury goods, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and the occasional Sat 9am-3pm
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries into long-term clients
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling where required
• Attend networking events to build relationships and generate leads
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Upsell services including: Larger safe deposit boxes, Enhanced insurance packages, Additional security services
• Deliver a consultative sales approach aligned with high-trust service standards
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
• Develop long-term relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and referral partners
• Ensure all interactions align with strict compliance, discretion, and privacy standards
